This is the highlight dish tonight. When the waiter remove the cover, the fragrant odor instantly full of our space. It looks so nice! Do you also feel hungry? Their waxed meat is different from general waxed meat shop, because they use ginger, onion, and shaoxing rice wine to deal with those waxed meat. For the rice, the chef use the superior soup of chicken and pig coccyx to steam the rice.
There are 3 kinds of waxed meat : roast duck, char siu, and sausage. Char siu and sausage are very soft and full of heavy maxed meat flavor. They are really tasty!
