Wine Tasting Event @ Grill 582, Best Western Premier Dua Sentral

Located at the Kuala Lumpur's newest hotels - Best Western Premier Dua Sentral, the Grill 582 is a high-end steakhouse restaurant. Grill 582 provides a romantic atmosphere and modern ambiance. Among many kinds of wine, Grill 582 highlights the Woven Stone Sauvignon Blanc 2011 & Ohau River Pinot Noir 2009.

Tasting note for Woven Stone :

Gooseberry, limes and citrus skins with a slight honeysuckle note. Slightly leafy, limey fruit with a juicy gooseberry finish. The palate is soft but with good depth of flavour. Juicy gooseberry and limes, some ripe green apples, good persistence. Price for per glass : RM30++, per bottle : RM125++

Tasting note for Ohau River :

This Pinot Noir is harvested from Wairarapa Vineyard in the North Island of New Zealand. It has a soft and round palate, darm plum and raspberry flavours, a hint of spicy smoky and a long finish.
Price for per glass : RM30++, per bottle : RM145++

Foie Gras

Pan-fried Foie Gras served with crispy bread, garnishing with purple and white sauce. 

Seafood Bouillabaisse

The soup is fabulous and thick! Actually there are two prawns in the soup, topping with some creamy sauce. It has a strong present of scented prawn, tastes very fresh and flavourful!

“The Prime Rib” on Bone - 1824 Grain Fed Beef

This is 300g beef rib served with grilled Portobello mushroom. It looks so charming! I like the way they grill the beef. The scorched beef tastes very fragrant and juicy.

Crème Brule

It is a dessert consisting of a rich custard base topped with a layer of caramel and strawberry. It tastes creamy and properly sweet. I love this dessert!

Fürstenfass Pheromon 750

This is a sparkling wine from Germany, a signature wine at Grill 582, and you can't find this wine at Kuala Lumpur except Grill 582. The color of this wine is beautiful, tastes smooth and fruity odor.

Red Wine

This is Punch Bar & Lounge, next to Grill 582. They provide many comfortable sofa to let us have a drink there. It is suitable to chat with your friends here. 

Hot Lime Juice

Kembali Kitchen food tasting stall - Kembali Kitchen is located at Lobby floor of Best Western Premier Dua Sentral. Elegantly furnished in a simple yet earthy decor, Kembali Kitchen offers a wide spread of international and local cuisine. Here, you can try the Nasi Kunyit, Chicken Rendang, Lamb Rogan Gosht, and Gulab Jamun.

These meats are perfect with nasi kunyit. I like the braised  lamb with special sauce, tastes tender and yummy! It definitely stimulate my appetite.

Hugo’s on 6 food tasting stall - It is located at 6th floor of Best Western Premier Dua Sentral. Hugo's on 6 serves Mediterranean and Asian fusion delicacies with an beautiful panorama of Kuala Lumpur city's skyline. It is famous for its unique concept and exquisite ambiance. There are Albondigas, Watermelon and Feta Cheese Salad and Pizza Paraviccini for us to taste.

Pizza Paraviccini

Fresh baked with homemade tomato sauce, pineapple, button mushrooms, green peppers, turkey ham,   fennel seeds, mozzarella cheese and a good handful of black olives.

Watermelon and Feta Cheese Salad

It serves with red onion, cress and extra virgin olive oil. It looks tantalizing and tastes great, sweet and refreshing feeling on the taste buds.

Albondigas 

Slow-cooked lean lamb meatballs in rich tomato sauce. The meatball is soft and juicy.
